Twenty One Hundred closing tops Palm Beach County weekly condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.8M 0 to $7.8M

Palm Beach County’s condo sales dollar volume rose in the third week of January, despite a drop in deals. 

Brokers closed 81 condo sales totaling $65.7 million from Jan. 12 to Jan. 19. The previous week, brokers closed 99 condo sales totaling $61.3 million

Last week’s units sold for an average of $811,490, higher than the $619,637 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $397 from $348, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.8 million to $7.8 million. 

Unit 508S at Twenty One Hundred, at 2100 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $7.8 million closing. The sale closed at $2,517 per square foot after 79 days on market.

Scott Gordon and Mindy Gordon with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Fern Fodiman with Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.

Unit S302 at Twenty Seven Seventy, at 2770 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach closed for the second highest amount, $7.6 million, or $1,819 per square foot after 49 days on market. 

Ronnie Hasozbek-Garcia and Jennifer Hasozbek-Garcia with Premier Estate Properties had the listing, and Guy Clark of Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
