Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose in the third week of December.
Brokers closed 151 condo sales totaling $145.2 million from Dec. 15 to Dec. 22. The previous week, brokers closed 102 condo sales totaling $102.2 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $961,594, higher than the $846,364 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $620 from $564, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.4 million to $14.3 million.
Unit S-1009 at Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club, at 9001 Collins Avenue in Surfside, took the top spot with a $14.3 million closing. The sale closed at $5,240 per square foot after 122 days on the market.
Michael Duchon and Eloy Carmenate of the Corcoran Group had the listing, and Ximena Penuela of Fort Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 4901 at Turnberry Ocean Club, at 18501 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $7.6 million. It sold for $2,097 per square foot after 238 days on the market.
Devin Kay with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Haydar Alchalaby of Compass Florida brought the buyer.
