Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 109 condo sales totaling $38.5 million from Nov. 10th to Nov. 17th. The previous week, brokers closed 88 condo sales totaling $30 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $353,122, higher than the $340,709 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $282 from $292, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $730,000 to $2.9 million.
Unit 3703 at Hollywood Beach, at 2711 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood, took the top spot with a $2.9 million closing. The sale closed at $847 per square foot after 130 days on the market. Harry Polsky with Global Luxury Realty had the listing. Marcelo Violland with Prime International Associates represented the buyer.
Unit 1602 at Solemar, at 1116 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $2.3 million, or $1,170 per square foot. David Marder with Compass Florida had the listing. The sale closed after 42 days on the market.
