Broward’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 88 condo sales totaling $30 million from Nov. 3rd to Nov. 10th. The previous week, brokers closed 149 condo sales totaling $48.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $340,709, higher than the $328,285 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $292 from $263, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $650,000 to $1.2 million.
Unit A4 at 212 Briny Avenue in Pompano Beach took the top spot with a $1.2 million closing. The sale closed at $724 per square foot after 95 days on the market. Wahkuna Vega-Farrell with Compass Florida had the listing. Kyshana Guzman with Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
Unit 407 at Ocean Plaza, at 2051 Southeast Third Street in Deerfield Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $1.1 million, or $547 per square foot. Stephen Katz and Karen Anderson, both with Keller Williams Realty had the listing. Ximena Penuela, with Fort Realty, represented the buyer.
