Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 65 condo sales totaling $27.8 million from Nov. 3rd to Nov. 10th. The previous week, brokers closed 114 condo sales totaling $50.2 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $427,088, lower than the $440,082 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $297 from $294, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $800,000 to $3.7 million.
Unit 6-A at Beresford, at 350 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, closed for the highest amount, $3.7 million, or $1,447 per square foot. Adrienne Jankelow with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing. Scott Eckert with RPE Realty represented the buyer. The sale closed after 146 days on the market.
Unit 2C, at Bermuda High West, at 2150 South Ocean Boulevard, in Delray Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $1.7 million, or $733 per square foot. Nemid Schapira with Signature Ultimate Real Estate had the listing. Judith Troup with Regency Realty Services the buyer. The sale closed after 147 days on the market.
