Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 98 condo sales totaling $29.7 million from Oct. 20th to Oct. 27th. The previous week, brokers closed 111 condo sales totaling $33.5 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $303,409, higher than the $302,175 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose slightly to $277 from $276, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $592,500 to $1.8 million.
Unit 201 at 45 Hendricks, at 45 Hendricks Isle in Fort Lauderdale, took the top spot with a $1.8 million closing. The sale closed at $604 per square foot after 120 days on the market. Natacha Bednarczyk with Redfin handled both sides of the deal.
Unit 3A-A at the Meritage, at 48 Hendricks Isle, also in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $1.4 million, or $570 per square foot. Matthew Bertanzetti with Florida Luxurious Properties had the listing. Spencer Zorn with Compass Florida represented the buyer. The sale closed after 165 days on the market.
