Palm Beach County condo sales and dollar volume plummeted last week.
Brokers closed 57 condo sales totaling $22.1 million from Oct. 8th to Oct. 15th. The previous week, brokers closed 123 condo sales totaling $45.9 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $387,771, lower than the $444,746 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $276 from $291, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $425,000 to $4.4 million.
Unit 203 at Azure, at 2700 Donald Ross Road in Palm Beach Gardens, took the top with a $4.4 million closing. The sale closed at $1,143 per square foot after one day on the market. Vincent Marotta with Illustrated Properties handled both sides of the deal.
Unit 6D at 3550 South Ocean Condominiums, at 3550 South Ocean Boulevard in South Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $1,905,000 or $731 per square foot. Kourtney Pulitzer and Patricia Towle, both with Sotheby’s International Realty, had the listing. Bradford Miller with Bradford P. Miller Real Estate represented the buyer. The deal closed after 281 days on the market.
