Murano at Portofino closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.3M to $6.9M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales dollar volume dropped last week, as a closing at Murano at Portofino in Miami Beach led the way.

Brokers closed 120 condo sales totaling $75 million from Sept. 29th to Oct. 6th. The previous week, brokers also closed 120 condo sales, with the total reaching $93.8 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $625,291, lower than the $656,812 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $501 from $475, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $6.9 million. 

Unit 301 at Murano at Portofino, at 1000 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $6.9 million closing. The sale closed at $2,036 per square foot after 183 days on the market. Denise Santos with Compass Florida had the listing, and Sildy Cervera with Cervera Real Estate represented the buyer.

Unit 57E at Millennium Tower Residence, at 1425 Brickell Avenue in Miami, closed for the second highest amount at $4.5 million, or $1,340 per square foot. Darren Weiner with Celebrity Advisors had the listing. Shakira Sanchez with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer. The sale closed after 134 days on the market.
