The owner of a Miami cosmetic surgery center sold his oceanfront Golden Beach home for $22 million, one month after upsizing to a larger mansion nearby.

Records show Daniel Gonzalez sold the house at 469 Ocean Boulevard to Tahiti Beach Trust, managed by Madiha Elkarni. Elkarni leads a real estate accounting and family office services firm in San Diego, according to LinkedIn. The true buyer in the off-market deal is unknown. The trust financed the purchase with a $16.5 million mortgage from Amerant Bank, records show.

Alexander Goldstein and Alejandro Victores of Miles Goldstein Real Estate represented the seller. Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC represented the buyer.

Gonzalez is the owner of Glamorous Life Cosmetic Surgery in Miami. Last month, he dropped $34 million on another Golden Beach mansion at 299 Ocean Boulevard.

Records show he bought the 469 Ocean Boulevard house for $19 million in 2022 from retired radio show host Tom Joyner

Built in 2007 on 0.3 acres, the home spans 7,300 square feet, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a pool, according to property records. Joyner bought the house for $10.5 million in 2015, and extensively renovated it with architect Wesley Kean of KoDA, landscape architecture firm Enea, and interior designer Deborah Wecselman, according to records and a previous listing. The home was featured in Architectural Digest when Joyner completed the renovation.

Golden Beach has been a magnet for luxury residential deals in recent years. In May, marketing CEO Gastón Taratuta bought an oceanfront teardown for $21 million. In March, a beauty mogul bought a home on the Intracoastal Waterway for $15 million.

Embattled real estate investor Shaya Prager has had his Golden Beach compound on the market for $68 million, more than double the $30 million he paid for the properties in 2021.
