Firms are bulking up on personnel in the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news.
In Palm Beach, commercial lender Forman Capital promoted Evan Blair to associate vice president, a press release shows. Blair has been with Forman Capital since Brett Forman and Ben Jacobson relaunched the firm after leaving Trez Capital last year. Blair was previously an associate with Trez Capital, then joined Forman Capital as an associate, according to the release. In his new role, Blair will manage loans and cash flow projections for the lender.
Forman Capital and Core Capital provided developers Ricardo Dunin and Juan Carlos Tassara a $70 million construction loan in March for their planned Domus Brickell Park.
The law firm RumbergerKirk brought in construction and commercial litigation attorney Nicole Kwapisz as a partner in its Miami office, according to a press release. Kwapisz focuses her practice on representing developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and sub-contractors in litigation. Kwapisz was previously counsel with Bilzin Sumberg.
Also in Miami, Alfredo Pujol left Keller Williams Realty for Compass, a press release shows. He joined Compass as a sales manager, and is the 2026 chairman-elect for the Miami Association of Realtors, according to the release.
