Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume slipped last week, while the average sale price rose.

Brokers closed 67 condo sales totaling $39.7 million from Sept. 15th to Sept. 22nd. The previous week, brokers closed 91 condo sales totaling $45.9 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average price of $593,041, higher than the $504,396 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $343 from $318, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $725,000 to $5.1 million. 

Unit R-12 at Excelsior, at 400 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $5.1 million closing. The sale closed at $1,187 per square foot. Michael Wells and Scot Karp, both with Premier Estate Properties, had the listing. Michael Botta with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. The deal closed after 192 days on the market.

Unit 502N at the Palm Beach Hampton, at 3100 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $4.5 million, or $2,006 per square foot. The deal closed after 100 days on the market. Scott and Mindy Gordon, both with Douglas Elliman (Palm Beach) had the listing. Angela Guitard with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
