Top 10 sales ranged from $3.5M to $37M

7001 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales, price per square foot, and dollar volume surged last week, with a Fisher Island closing netting the top spot.

Brokers closed 147 condo sales totaling $172 million from June 17th to June 24th. The previous week, brokers closed 133 condo sales totaling $169 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $1.12 million, higher than the $852,000 average sale price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $598 from $569, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $3.45 million to $37 million. 

Unit PH1 at 7001 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach took the top spot with a $37 million closing. The sale closed at $5,286 per square foot. Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her husband, former NBA player David Lee. Isaac Lustgarten with Official represented the buyers. The sale closed after 168 days on the market.

Wozniack and Lee paid $18.7 million for the unit in 2021 through an entity they manage.

Unit 2001 at Oceana Bal Harbour, at 10203 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, closed for the second highest amount, $17.5 million, or $2,352 per square foot. Ethan and Ruthie Assouline, both with Douglas Elliman, had the listing. Monica Cohan with MC Miami Realty represented the buyer. The sale closed after 211 days on the market.
