Dutch magnetics heir Geert-Jan Bakker sold his waterfront Indian Creek Village estate for $64.5 million in an off-market deal. The island has been a hub for eight-figure home sales in recent months.

Records show Bakker and his wife, Joyce Bakker, sold the compound at 40 Indian Creek Island Road to 40 ICIR, a Wyoming LLC managed by Capital Administrations. The true buyer is unknown.

The trade follows billionaire Jeff Bezos’ $237 million buying spree of three Indian Creek estates, the latest of which closed in April.

Bakker is the heir to his parents’ Bakker Magnetics, a magnetic product maker based in the Netherlands. Bakker Magnetics’ products include systems for separating recyclable products and the bulk handling of food and pharmaceuticals, its website shows.

He bought the 1.2-acre Indian Creek estate for $9.3 million in 2010, records show. It was built in 1991, and includes a 7,500-square-foot house with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a pool and a dock.

On each side are big name neighbors: Martin and Constance Silver own 41 Indian Creek Island Road, and Alicia Ziegert owns 39 Indian Creek Island Road. Martin Silver founded the blood plasma firm Life Resources, later called DCI Biologicals, which is now part of U.K.-based Bio Products Laboratory. It is the primary supplier of plasma to the U.K.’s National Health Service, according to published reports. The Silvers donated $50 million to New York University’s School of Social Work in 2007, according to the school’s website. Ziegert is the wife of Miami-based developer Franco D’Agostino.

Aside from Bezos, other island neighbors include Tom Brady, and Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. DJ David Guetta also bought a compound on the private island for $69 million in August.
