Lambert’s son, Oliver Lloyd of Douglas Elliman, had the listing, and Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC brought the buyer.

Lambert’s husband, the late Ben Lambert, died in 2021. He founded commercial real estate brokerage Eastdil in 1967, and went on to oversee sales of the Irvine Ranch in California, New York City’s General Motors Building and Chicago’s Willis Tower.
