South Florida real estate players are on the move in the latest roundup of hiring news.
ISG World named Alessandra Bavetta its international sales director, according to a press release. In her new role, Bavetta, who was born and raised in Venezuela, will focus on outreach and network development in Latin America, the release shows.
Previously, Bavetta was an international sales consultant with RelatedISG Realty, a partnership between ISG World’s Craig Studnicky and Jorge Pérez’s Related Group.
In other residential brokerage news, the Corcoran Group brought back Richard Hottinger and his team, one year after they jumped ship to Douglas Elliman, according to a press release. Hottinger and his team were with Corcoran for seven years before their move to Elliman last year. The team, which includes agents Sari Ingerman, Frank Lulgjuraj, Adam Hernandez, Gabriella Abdelnour, Melissa Au-Yeung and Sofia Rovirosa, will be based in Corcoran’s Miami office and at the brokerage’s East Side office in Manhattan, the release shows. The team specializes in new development marketing and will work on projects in both markets.
Marcus & Millichap announced several promotions in its Miami office. Harrison Rein was promoted from regional manager to vice president; Debra Franklin from first vice president of investments to senior vice president of investments; Ricardo Esteves from vice president of investments to first vice president of investments; Kevin O’Hanlon from vice president of investments to first vice president of investments; and Eduardo Toledo from senior associate to vice president of investments, a press release shows.
