The newly completed mansion has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a library and a clubroom, according to the listing. The home was sold fully furnished, the listing shows.

The couple initially listed the mansion for $22.8 million in 2022, then dropped the price to $20 million in December, Redfin shows.

Royal Palm is one of Boca Raton’s most coveted gated golf communities, and has been home to some of the city’s priciest residential sales in recent years. Last month, senior care CEO Peter Norden sold a spec mansion built by Steve and Scott Dingle for $16.9 million. In January, the wife of Conair heir Leandro Rizzuto Jr. flipped a house for $8 million. In October, spec builder Jeff Norman bought a waterfront teardown for $23.5 million
