Space Invaders, Jetset Pilates | downtown Miami 

A Miami nightlife company and a Pilates studio leased in downtown Miami

Space Invaders signed a five-year lease with a five-year extension option for 7,800 square feet at the Clear Spaces commercial space within the Centro residential condo tower at 151 Southeast First Street, according to a news release from Clear Spaces’ broker. Space Invaders, a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based electronic dance music and festival companies Insomniac and Live Nation, is led by Davide Danese, David Sinopoli and Coloma Kaboomsky. The trio co-own downtown Miami’s Club Space. 

Also, Jetset Pilates took 2,300 square feet at Clear Spaces for a 10-year term. 

Shai Ben-Ami and Linn Ahsberg of Urban Core represented landlord Clear Spaces and Space Invaders. Jonathan Rifkind of Compass represented Jetset. 

Miami-based Newgard Development Group, led by Harvey Hernandez, developed the 37-story, 352-condo Centro in 2016.

Records show an entity tied to Clear Spaces owns the commercial units at Centro. 

Xtreme Aviation | Davie 

An aviation parts and repair company leased industrial space at Prologis I-595 in Davie

Xtreme Aviation took 45,300 square feet at at 7050-7060 West State Road 84, bringing the industrial campus to full occupancy, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. 

Jonathan Thiel and Keith Graves of Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International represented Prologis. Dylan Esquenazi, of Prologis, also worked on the deal. Peter Sheridan of JLL represented the tenant. 

San Francisco-based Prologis bought the 150,500-square-foot Prologis I-595 industrial campus in 2013 for $13.3 million, records show. Prologis is led by Hamid Moghadam
