Bayview on Fisher Island tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Miami-Dade County condo sales rose last week, while the average sale price and price per square foot declined.

Brokers closed 123 condo sales totaling $84.5 million from Jan. 28th to Feb. 3rd. The previous week, brokers closed 97 condo sales totaling $74.1 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $687,147, lower than the $764,239 sale price average from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $500 from $542, according to data from condo.com. Condos closed after an average of 62 days on the market.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.6 million to $9.2 million.

Bayview unit 5121, at 5121 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $9.2 million closing. Lazaro Rivero with Rivero Real Estate handled both sides of the deal. The sale closed after 105 days on the market at $2,227 per square foot.

Acqualina unit 2301, at 17875 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $3.6 million, or $1,329 per square foot, after two days on the market. Karina Batievsky with Acqualina Realty had the listing. Ryan Mendell with Maxwell E. Realty represented the buyer.
