Padel club 10BY20 will open seven courts in Wellington.
10BY20 leased at the Wellington Tennis Center at 3100 Lyons Road, according to a news release from the tenant and broker. Each court will be 10 meters by 20 meters, the broker’s spokesperson said.
Melissa Martz of Royal Crown Group represented the tenant.
10BY20, led by Luis Carrero, has four projects in the works that would bring 28 padel courts to South Florida, the release says.
The Village of Wellington owns the tennis center.
Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas | downtown Miami
Law firm Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas opened a downtown Miami office.
The firm, founded and led by Richard I. Segal and Zachary Potter, leased 6,900 square feet at Citigroup Center at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, according to the tenant’s news release.
Ryan Rosalsky of Newmark represented the tenant. Steven Hurwitz and Madeline Fine of JLL represented the landlord.
Boca Raton-based CP Group, Monarch Alternative Capital and Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania-based Tourmaline Capital Partners own the 34-story Citigroup Center. Monarch has offices in New York, West Palm Beach and London.
Casa Matilda | Miami Beach
Casa Matilda is now open in Miami Beach.
The Mexican restaurant opened a 4,500-square-foot space with a total capacity for 150 guests at 411 Washington Avenue, according to a Casa Matilda news release. A terrace is expected to open at the space as well.
Kathia Joseph owns Casa Matilda.
Records show the building is owned by the Michael Kadosh Intervivos Revocable Trust.
Sollis Health | Boca Raton
Sollis Health, a members-only emergency care provider, opened in Boca Raton.
The health care provider leased 2,400 square feet at 1905 Clint Moore Road, according to the tenant’s news release. The medical office is led by Dr. James Fishkin.
Sollis is an alternative to urgent care centers and emergency rooms, offering patients average wait times of three minutes, according to the release. Memberships start at $3,500 annually per person, or $292 a month.
Sollis also has a flagship center at 324 Royal Palm Way in Palm Beach.
Records show Nashville-based Healthcare Realty Trust owns the Boca Raton building.
Seaboard Solutions, Seaboard Marine | Medley
Logistics and supply-chain company Seaboard Solutions and its shipping affiliate Seaboard Marine are staying put in their Medley industrial spaces.
The companies, which are subsidiaries of Merriam, Kansas-based Seaboard, renewed their leases for 308,000 square feet, combined, at the Prologis Palmetto Tradeport at 7800-7890 Northwest 80th Street, and at 8001 Northwest 79th Avenue, according to the tenants’ broker.
San Francisco-based Prologis, led by Hamid Moghadam, owns the industrial park, which spans 880,000 square feet.
Jonathan Kingsley of Colliers represented the tenants, and Brian Smith of JLL represented Prologis.
Seaboard originally leased 166,400 square feet at Prologis Palmetto Tradeport in 1990, expanding twice since then, a Colliers spokesperson said.
