The owners of Total Wine & More dropped $15.9 million on a condo at Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club. Records show Robert Trone and Anna Marie Parisi-Trone bought unit N-819 at 9111 Collins Avenue in Surfside from Mona Eid Alsheetan.

Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty had the listing, and Michael Martirena of Compass brought the buyers. Puig was not available for comment.

Robert Trone and his brother, David Trone, are the founders and owners of Total Wine & More, the nation’s largest privately owned wine and spirits retailer. The company generates more than $3 billion in annual revenue, with more than 240 stores across the country, according to published reports.

Eid Alsheetan bought the unit for $6 million in 2017, the year Surf Club Four Seasons was completed. The 3,000-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and one half-bathroom, the listing shows.

Eid Alsheetan listed the condo for $17 million in May, Redfin shows.

Developed by Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners, Surf Club Four Seasons has a 72-key hotel, two 12-story condo buildings and a private club. Designed by Kobi Karp and Pritzker Prize-winning Richard Meier, it also has four swimming pools, a gym, an oceanside garden and two restaurants, including one by Thomas Keller.

In August, former Ford CEO Jaques Nasser sold his Surf Club Four Seasons condo for $18.5 million, $10.5 million more than he paid for it in 2020. One Sotheby’s International Realty Agent Francesca Halpryn sold her condo in July for $22.8 million. In May, longtime Bottega Veneta designer Tomas Maier bought a unit for $13 million
