Broward County condo sales dollar volume rose in November. 

Brokers closed 829 condo sales in Broward in November totaling $286 million, compared to 851 sales in October totaling $277 million, MLS data from Redfin show.

November sale prices ranged from $75,000 to $4.6 million, with a median price of $245,000. The price per square foot ranged from $81 to $2,245, with a median of $235 — $2 lower than October’s median price per square foot.

Four Seasons Residences Fort Lauderdale topped the charts with a $4.6 million sale. Unit 1903 at 525 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard traded for $2,052 per square foot, after 228 days on the market. Daniel Teixeira with Douglas Elliman had the listing. Heather Lefka with Florida Luxurious Properties represented the buyer.

The sale price is $2.1 million less than October’s top sale. Auberge Beach Residences unit N1501 at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard, also in Fort Lauderdale, sold for $6.7 million.

Bottoming out the charts, Castle Apartments unit 206 at 2271 Northwest 48th Terrace in Lauderhill closed at $75,000 — or $81 per square foot. It sold after 96 days on the market. MaryEllen De Rosa with the Keyes Company had the listing. Lelia Roberts with Coral Shores Realty represented the buyer.
