“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star Josh Flagg is buying a non-waterfront pad on Miami Beach’s North Bay Road.

The Los Angeles-based Douglas Elliman broker is in contract to buy the house at 4727 North Bay Road, sources told The Real Deal. TMZ first reported it, without the address.

Property records show the seller is Robert T. Greenberg. He is CEO of Miami Beach-based Park Avenue Numismatics, which specializes in sourcing and selling rare coins, LinkedIn shows.

Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty has the listing. Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC is the buyer’s agent.

Update: The sale closed on July 7 for $4.25 million, according to Karp. Flagg’s partners in the purchase are Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld of Carolwood LP, a private equity and real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles. Attorney Charlie Ratner represented the buyers.

Flagg is a cast member of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” and the author of two books, “Million Dollar Agent: Brokering the Dream,” and “A Simple Girl: Stories My Grandmother Told Me.”

In 2021, Flagg left his longtime brokerage, Rodeo Realty, for Elliman, at a time when the New York-based brokerage was making expansion moves on the West Coast. Flagg made headlines in February when he attacked the stars of fellow real estate reality show “Selling Sunset,” calling the women actors.

The North Bay Road house, which sits on 0.2 acres, is listed for $4.5 million, the listing shows. Built in 1933, the 3,300-square-foot home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half-bathroom, records show. The property also includes a pool, according to the listing.

Flagg plans to remodel the home and use it as a pied-a-terre, according to a source.

Across the street, Flagg’s waterfront neighbors include developer Wayne Boich, who owns the 15,000-square-foot mansion at 4700 North Bay Road, and also bought the house next door for $11.6 million in January. Also nearby is the waterfront spec estate of Niklas de la Motte at 4736 North Bay Road, which Dora Puig is listing for $80 million.

Flagg also bought a 7,000-square-foot Beverly Hills villa for $9.2 million in March of last year, shortly after announcing his divorce from his husband of five years, Bobby Boyd

Prices for non-waterfront Miami Beach homes have surged in recent years, as a boom in demand for waterfront made it unattainable, even for many luxury buyers. In April of last year, a non-waterfront Miami Beach home on Shelter Avenue sold for a record $12.5 million
