This shark is cashing out.

João Appolinário, a star of Shark Tank Brazil, sold his Fisher Island condo for $11.2 million.

Records show Appoli Florida LLC, a Florida entity managed by Appolinário sold unit 7852 at Oceanside, at 7852 Fisher Island Drive, to Land Trust Service Corporation, managed by local attorney Mark Warda. The true buyer is unknown.

Appolinário is the founder and CEO of Polishop, a São Paulo, Brazil-based retail conglomerate. Through a partnership with Polishop, Appolinário headed the Miss Brazil pageant from 2015 to 2019. He is also one of the Sharks on Shark Tank Brazil, the entrepreneurial game show.

Appolinário bought the Fisher Island unit for $5 million in 2011, records show. Built in 1990, the 4,600-square-foot condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half-bathroom, according to property records. It was extensively renovated, with the master bathroom and closets enlarged, the listing shows.

Fisher Island is a private island directly off the coast of Miami Beach, and is only accessible by boat, ferry or helicopter. The tony enclave is one of the wealthiest ZIP codes in the U.S. and a favorite among luxury buyers who flock to South Florida.

The co-founder of European Wax Center Josh Coba and his wife, Jenni Coba, sold one of their Fisher Island condos for $16.2 million last month. In February, a Texas-based tech investor sold his Fisher Island unit for $18.5 million. The CEO of San Diego-based energy company Sempra bought a condo on the island for $11.2 million in January.

An earlier version of this story incorrectly identified the brokers involved in the sale.
