Michael Martinez, Albert Justo and Mirce Curkoski landed awards as One Sotheby’s International Realty’s top producers for 2022.

Dennis Carvajal, Jorge Uribe, Elena Bluntzer, and Susan Rindley ranked behind Martinez in 2022.

Albert Justo and Mirce Curkoski and their Waterfront Team took the top title for large teams, with $204 million in closings last year, according to One Sotheby’s. Justo and Curkoski are veterans to the award: They also took the top spot in 2021 and 2019.

The team’s top sale for 2022 was the $38.5 million sale of the 12,400-square-foot waterfront mansion at 6396 North Bay Road in Miami Beach, according to a spokesperson for the brokerage.

Led by mother-son duo Mayi and Daniel de la Vega, Miami-based One Sotheby’s capitalized on the hot market that continued its pandemic-fueled growth through most of last year, before cooling off in the summer. One Sotheby’s has been in growth mode, acquiring brokerages and broker teams alike. The brokerage now spans 30 offices and has 1,300 agents.

Daniel de la Vega confirmed One Sotheby’s remains on its expansion path, but is holding off on more brokerage acquisitions until later in the year.
