Ehara bought the 3,992-square-foot, three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo for $9.4 million in 2017, records show.

Buenos Aires-based developer Consultatio, led by Eduardo Costantini, completed the 28-story tower in 2016. The Arquitectonica-designed waterfront tower has 240 units, and has attracted a wide range of high-profile residents.

Olshan Properties founder Morton Olshan and his wife Carol recently bought a condo in the tower from Anheuser-Busch CEO Michael Doukeris for $9.6 million in March. A former Russian politician, Vadim Gataullin, once listed by Forbes as one of the country’s wealthiest men, also sold his Oceana unit for $11.5 million in March. Kirill Stadnikov, a Russian helicopter mogul, sold his condo to the chief investment officer of Searay Capital for $10.5 million in February.
