Shari Neissani joined PTM Partners as vice president of development. Neissani was previously director of planning, development and asset management for The Collective’s U.S. portfolio, and before that was senior vice president and head of South Florida for RedSky Capital.
At PTM Partners, Neissani will focus on projects in the pre-development phase. PTM Partners recently closed its second qualified Opportunity Zone fund with $150 million of capital.
The Estate Companies, led by Robert Suris and Jeffrey Ardizon, brought on Alex Arrieta as a principal. Arrieta was a founder and managing partner of Tenzer Arrieta PLLC, where he focused on business and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, capital market transactions and general corporate and real estate issues.
Franklin Street promoted Matthew Harrell to CEO of the commercial real estate and insurance services firm. Harrell has been with the Tampa-based company since 2009 and was most recently chief revenue officer. He succeeded Franklin Street founder Andrew Wright, who remains chairman of the board of directors.
Andrew Whitby joined Lee & Associates South Florida as senior vice president, working on the brokerage’s Industrial sales and leasing team in south Miami-Dade County. He was previously with Southeast Property Management.
America’s Capital Partners, led by Sergio Socolsky, tapped Michael Nelligan to lead its expansion into industrial real estate development of distribution centers in the Southeast. Nelligan worked on industrial development, acquisitions and leasing at Exeter Property Group. America’s Capital Partners raised $10 million in general partner equity for site acquisition and development projects in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Kolter Hospitality hired Cindy Flanagan as vice president of accounting and finance. Flanagan was chief financial officer at the Ecclestone Organization, and has worked for PGA National Resort and Spa, EAU Palm Beach Resort, Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club, Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa, and Grand Cypress Resort. Delray Beach-based Kolter Hospitality is a division of the Kolter Group.
Multifamily developer ZOM Living hired Stephen Ordway to be senior vice president of the company’s senior housing division, based in Orlando. Ordway was senior vice president of investments for Bridge Investments’ seniors housing group.
Jeremy Modest was named executive managing director for RIPCO Real Estate. Modest, who will work out of the company’s Brickell office, is focusing on the leasing of mixed-use and shopping centers in Broward and Palm Beach counties. He was manager of commercial leasing at Solil Management, and before that was managing director at RIPCO Real Estate for eight years.
Richard and Dan Campanella joined City National Bank’s residential lending team. At their previous employer, Wells Fargo, the brothers closed more than $250 million in mortgages last year. Richard is a vice president and mortgage banker at City National, and Dan is senior vice president and mortgage market manager.
