Elion Partners promoted Kaylee McCall Correa to managing director of capital markets. McCall Correa joined the North Miami-based private equity firm in 2013 and most recently led the company’s investor relations and communications program.
Colliers tapped Monte Greenberg as director of its debt and equity finance practice based in South Florida. Greenberg joined Shannon Rex, executive managing director of debt and equity for the South Florida region and the mortgage banking operation.
Julie Ann Giachetti of the JAG Luxury Homes Group joined One Sotheby’s International Realty. Gianchetti has closed more than $1 billion in dollar volume and is one of the top five agents in Palm Beach County, according to a release. She will work out of the Delray Beach office.
Newmark hired Brooke Cade as a director of the firm’s multifamily group, focusing on arranging equity throughout Florida. The debt and equity team includes Avery Klann, Hampton Beebe and Patrick Dufour. Cade was previously a director with North American Development Group.
Michael Wadler joined the bank BHI as first vice president of commercial real estate. He was previously with HSBC Bank for 16 years, most recently as a vice president in the commercial real estate finance group.
Brown Harris Stevens Miami brought on new agents throughout Miami-Dade. James Lawrence, Teresa Stokes, Mark Oljaca, Joseph Vicari, Thomas Shriver Jones, Evan Macomber, Francesca Dafni, Andre V.
