Weekly condo sales rise, dollar volume falls in Miami-Dade

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.6 to $13.7M

Condo sales increased, while closed dollar volume fell in Miami-Dade County last week.

A total of 243 condos sold last week, up from 234 condos that sold the previous week. The total dollar value, $154.9 million, was down from $201.7 million the week prior.

Units sold for an average price of nearly $634,000, down from $862,000 the previous week. Condos sold for $517 per square foot on average, down from $456 the week before.

The most expensive sale was for unit 1501 at Apogee in Miami Beach. The unit sold for $13.7 million, or $3,286 per square foot, after 172 days on the market. Dora Puig represented the seller, while Ethan Pickett represented the buyer.

The second most expensive sale of the week was for unit 6854 at Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island, which sold for $10 million, or $2,102 per square foot, after 21 days on the market. Dora Puig represented both sides of the deal.
