Julie Northcutt-Dunn joined Colliers as South Florida market leader from CBRE

UPDATED, Jan. 11, 12:15 p.m.: RelatedISG International Realty promoted Liz Lopez to vice president.

Lopez, previously a sales manager, will lead the firm in recruiting and training agents. RelatedISG also hired Sandra Arguello as senior marketing director.

Douglas Elliman brought on northeast Florida-based agents Kim Martin-Fisher and Jennifer Martin Faulkner, marking the brokerage’s expansion into that market. The two agents were previously with Coldwell Banker. Martin-Fisher and Faulkner have sold more than $230 million since 2019.

Julie Northcutt-Dunn joined Colliers as executive managing director and market leader in South Florida. She will oversee brokerage operations for the company’s Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach offices. Northcutt-Dunn was most recently regional sales director of CBRE’s Midwest division.

Colliers International Florida brought on Shannon Rex as executive managing director of the debt and equity finance practice in South Florida. Previously, Shannon was a senior director with Walker & Dunlop.

Cindy Leventhal was named director of sales and marketing for the 65-acre, mixed-use community Metropica in Sunrise. Leventhal was most recently overseeing sales at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences in Riviera Beach while with Compass.

JLL added four to its Miami office: Ana Nunez joined as a senior production associate on the retail team, Isabela Montalvo joined as an associate on the retail team as well. JLL also hired Cameron Beck as an industrial analyst and Maddy McMillen as a debt placement analyst.

Marcos Brito joined commercial real estate debt provider BGI Capital as managing director of its Miami office. Brito was previously regional manager of Seacoast National Bank.

Macken Companies named Macken Realty’s Jodi Macken the director of sales for Koya Bay, a luxury, waterfront townhome community in North Miami Beach. Macken Companies is developing Koya Bay with Randall Stofft Architects and Witkin Hults Design Group. The groundbreaking is planned for the second quarter of 2021.

Re/Max Select Group of Parkland expanded by 40 agents. The Parkland office, owned by Rob Lyszczarz, opened in 2018 and works in both Palm Beach and Broward counties.

JoAnn Kowalkowski joined Pebb Enterprises as a tenant coordinator, responsible for coordinating all tenant construction activity. She was previously a construction coordinator for Seritage Growth Properties and Encore Retail Centers.

Florida East Coast Realty appointed Eduardo Pereira Jr. as vice president of property management. Pereira will lead property management personnel while developing, implementing, and directing the company’s operating policies and procedures.

RKW Residential promoted Johnny De La Espriella to vice president of operations and Yanira Herrera as regional vice president. The company recently took on management and leasing at Treasures on the Bay in North Bay Village and the Central Gardens Grand Apartments in Palm Beach Gardens, adding 471 units to its portfolio.

Attorneys Karyl Argamasilla and Timothy P. DeKeyser became partners at Miami-based Bilzin Sumberg. Both will focus on real estate transactions, commercial mortgage-backed securities and finance.

Iliana Abella was named the chair of the Miami chapter of the Master Brokers Forum. Abella is the executive director of sales at the Abella Group at Compass. She served as the treasurer of Master Brokers Forum from 2013 to 2020. The chapter also added longtime members Dennis Carvajal and David Nguah to its advisory board.
