The seller bought the property just a little over a year ago for $24 million. Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman brokered the recent deal. She also represented the seller in the 2019 deal, which marked a single-family home sale record in Bal Harbour.

The 11,338-square-foot-mansion, built in 2018, was listed this month at $26.5 million, according to Realtor.com.

The home has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is located on nearly half an acre of land. The mansion was designed by Choeff Levy Fischman, while interior designer Deborah Wecselman of Wecselman Design handled the interiors.

The mansion also features a two-car garage, 50-foot infinity pool, 100 feet of water frontage and a 1,500-square-foot rooftop terrace, according to the listing.

Other recent sales in Bal Harbour include the co-owners of Duty Free Americas buying a waterfront home for $5.5 million, Louise Sunshine paying $3 million for a luxury condo, and a healthcare mogul buying a waterfront house for $9.3 million.
