The owners of a waterfront estate in Fort Lauderdale and a yacht will try to sell both in auctions this month.
Built on a 0.69-acre lot in 1998, the estate at 2623 Delmar Place in Fort Lauderdale’s Seven Isles neighborhood includes a guest house, 200 feet of docking space and an 18,000-pound boat lift.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the estate has been listed for about six months with an asking price just under $13 million, and the yacht has been listed for about a month.
The estate’s 9,000-square-foot main residence has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a half bathroom.
The main residence features dual closets in the master suite, two gas fireplaces, a home office, a library and an attached five-car garage. The property also has a saltwater swimming pool and an outdoor sound system.
DeCaro Auctions International will conduct separate auctions of the home and the yacht on Saturday, Jan. 18.

“Last Call,” a 124-foot Westport yacht
The auction of the estate will start at 11 a.m. on Jan. 19 and the auction of the 124-foot Westport yacht, “Last Call,” will start the same day at noon.
DeCaro will conduct the on-site auction at the Fort Lauderdale estate without reserve, or without a minimum bid.
Public previews of the estate will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The final preview will be held during the same hours the day before the auction. – Mike Seemuth
