Top Palm Beach broker Suzanne Frisbie left the Corcoran Group and joined Premier Estate Properties.

Frisbie and her team of Frances Frisbie, Katie Frisbie Crowell, Allison Wren and Richard Frisbie joined Premier on Thursday and is working out of the boutique brokerage’s Worth Avenue office.

Suzanne Frisbie was with Corcoran for about 14 years, and before that with Sotheby’s International Realty for 16 years. She said she’s closed roughly $125 million in sales volume so far this year, including listings in which she represented both the buyer and seller.

Frisbie recently brokered both sides of the $28.6 million sale of 219 Indian Road, a property that her family developed.

Premier Estate Properties, with six offices in Palm Beach and Broward counties, was founded in 1993 in Boca Raton. The luxury brokerage has affiliations with Christie’s International Real Estate, the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and other organizations. Premier is led by broker-owners Carmen D’Angelo Jr., Gerard Liguori and Joseph Liguori.

“When Premier was able to pick up the Christie’s affiliation in Palm Beach, that was compelling to me,” Frisbie said, adding that it wasn’t an easy decision to leave Corcoran. “I was pretty impressed with the reach that the Christie’s [name] has.”

Premier opened its Palm Beach office in January when it hired Jim McCann and his team, also from Corcoran. The Palm Beach office also includes Geoff Darnell and Rosalind Clarke, according to a release.

New York-based Corcoran, meanwhile, recently announced it is expanding to Miami.
