Key International and 13th Floor Investments completed one of the two towers at The Harbour, their 32-story condominium development in North Miami Beach.
The Miami-based developers received a temporary certificate of occupancy from Miami-Dade County for the development’s 213-unit south tower.
Key International and 13th Floor also said in a press release that they expect to receive a temporary certificate of occupancy for the north tower “in the coming weeks.”
The Harbour, a 425-unit condominium project at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard, is 98 percent sold and has only eight unsold units.
The developers bought the 4.5-acre development site in 2016 for $30.5 million and broke ground for construction of The Harbour 28 months ago.
Designed by Corweil Architects, The Harbour will have a private Aromatherapy Trail that encircles the property’s perimeter. Plants along the trail will include lavender and chamomile to relieve tension and eucalyptus to relieve pain.
Other amenities will include a gym and a spa, the private Aqua Club for such bay-based activities as kayaking and paddle boarding, the Vita Course with sports facilities, and a beach club restaurant operated by Juice & Java. – Mike Seemuth
