Restaurateur Myles Chefetz listed his South Beach condo for sale for $14 million, or 77 percent more than he paid about three years ago.

Chefetz, who twice has been nominated for the Outstanding Restaurateur Award from the James Beard Foundation, bought the 3,030-square-foot apartment at the Continuum for $7.9 million in 2016.

Chefetz told the Mansion Global that he completely renovated the condo unit at a cost of $3 million.

Such celebrities as Simon Cowell, the Kardashians, Alex Rodriguez, Vera Wang and Dwyane Wade have dined at Chefetz’s restaurants in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach, including Big Pink, steakhouse Prime 112 and other restaurants operating under the Prime brand.

Chefetz’s condo, designed by Briggs Solomon, features furnishings by Christian Liagre and Luminaire, oak flooring, Porsche lighting, custom millwork, a Boffi kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, and a master bedroom with Bardiglio marble slabs and a mirrors with a built-in television.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment has a powder room, an office and several outdoor terraces that collectively measure 1,216 square feet. Common-area amenities at the Continuum include several swimming pools with spas, tennis courts and frontage on the ocean.

The $14 million asking price for his unit at the Continuum also includes furniture and artwork.

Chefetz, 59, has never lived in the condo unit because he and his family decided to remain in their house in the Venetian Islands area of Miami Beach.
