Michael Sadov took over sales of Aventura ParkSquare, a mixed-use development that Integra Investments is building.
Sadov, of the Real Estate Club, was previously director of sales at Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Terrazas Miami and Canyon Ranch, now known as the Carillon Miami Beach.
Liza Hernandez, Christopher Lima and Nir Perets are also joining the ParkSquare sales team. The 7.5-acre development at 2920 Northeast 207th Street will include 131 residences, 50,000 square feet of retail space, 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, a 40,000-square-foot medical center and a Starwood Aloft Hotel. More than 70 percent of the condominium units are under contract, according to a release.
Compass’ development division hired two new project managers: Vanessa Noriega and Drew Backoff. They’ll oversee sales and marketing for new developments, working under managing director Philip Freedman. Noriega was previously a project coordinator for Cervera Real Estate and Backoff was a senior director of marketing at Douglas Elliman. Freedman launched the new development division about a year ago. He was also previously with Cervera.
Rosie Zamanillo joined RE/MAX Advance Realty as director of development. She’ll oversee agent development in Kendall and South Miami. Zamanillo held a similar role at Keller Williams, where she hired more than 300 agents in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Kendall.
One Real Estate Investment hired Jesus Artidiello as CFO. The Miami-based real estate investment firm, led by CEO Jeronimo Hirschfeld, owns multifamily, retail and land properties in Houston and Miami-Dade County. Artidiello was previously an accounting manager at Captive Marketing Association.
