The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1.2M to $5.2M

Condo sales in Miami-Dade rose during the last week of March.

The county recorded 160 sales for a total of $61 million, an increase compared to the previous week’s $54 million sales volume for 120 units. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $383,000 or $293 per square foot.

A four-bedroom, 4,800-square-foot unit at the St. Regis Bal Harbour sold for $5.2 million, marking the priciest condo sale of the week. Unit 1903S traded hands for more than $1,000 per foot after 162 days on the market. Folko Weltzien represented the seller.

The second most expensive deal was at Club Tower III in Key Biscayne. Unit 1901 sold for $2.88 million, or about $1,030 per square foot. Douglas Kinsley represented the seller, and Cristian Black brought the buyer.
