The owners of a South Beach penthouse re-listed the residence for sale with a $35 million asking price, $18 million less than their original asking price.

Boris Jordan and his wife Elizabeth paid $20 million in 2015 at the 321 Ocean condominium, named for its Miami Beach address, 321 Ocean Drive.

Jordan, a Russian-American, is the chief executive officer of Sputnik Group, a private equity and venture capital firm.

Soon after they bought it, the couple tried to flip their penthouse at 321 Ocean by listing it for sale for $53 million.

The new $35 million asking price makes their penthouse one of the second-most expensive Miami Beach condo for sale, after a penthouse at Faena House, which has been re-listed for $55 million.

The two-story penthouse at 321 Ocean has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

The residence has 6,807 square feet of interior space and more than 6,400 square feet of exterior space, featuring a 36-foot infinity swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace.

Douglas Elliman agents Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny have the current listing for the penthouse at 321 Ocean, which was developed by David Arditi of ARIA Development Group. [Sun-Sentinel]Mike Seemuth
