Twin-tower, 690-unit development has $500M sellout, developer says

The Related Group unveiled Brickell Heights condo towers with a performance by Grammy award-winning singer Cucu Diamantes, acrobatic acts by Equinox, cocktails and more last week.

Closings are underway for the twin-tower, 690-unit development at 850 Miami Avenue. Related’s condo division president Carlos Rosso said Brickell Heights, which is sold out, has a roughly $500 million sellout. Buyers include Trey Songz, whose purchased has not yet closed in Miami-Dade County records.

The party also showcased art by Eduardo Capillo, Omar Rodriguez Graham and an outdoor mural by Argentine artist Fabian Burgos.
