The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1.32M to $2.7M

Condo sales in Miami-Dade took a dive last week.

The county saw 164 condos sell last week for $61.3 million, a decline from the previous week’s $78.9 million. The average prices were about $374,000 per unit and $270 per square foot.

The most expensive unit to trade was #803 at Murano Grande in Miami Beach. The 3,058-square-foot, three-bedroom unit was on the market for 157 days with Bryan Sereny and Tracy Galya of Douglas Elliman before it traded hands for $2.7 million.

Next was the sale of unit 1134 at Cloisters on the Bay in Coconut Grove. Riley Smith of EWM Realty International had that listing for 520 days – the longest of the top 10 condo sales last week – before it closed for $2.58 million, or about $540 per square foot.
