English actor Michael Caine listed his condo in South Beach for sale with an asking price of $8.7 million.
The residence is on the seventh floor of Apogee, a high-rise condominium at 800 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach.
Caine, 84, bought the 4,100-square-foot condo in 2008 for $4 million in cash.
The four-bedroom condo comes with a small movie theater that Caine added.
The actor has listed the condo for sale several times in the last two years, initially with an asking price of $12.9 million.
A Realtor familiar with the condo told GossipExtra.com that Caine and his wife visit Miami Beach annually for a month but sometimes rent a house instead of staying at the Apogee condo.
Caine opened a restaurant on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach called South Beach Brasserie, which closed in 1999.
