Site work starts for 55-acre KPMG campus in Orlando

The firm is building a $400 million development with over 800,000 square feet of meeting space

UPDATED June 5 11 a.m.: Construction crews have started site work for a $400 million campus in Orlando for professional services firm KPMG LLP. The firm expects to occupy the 55-acre development in the Lake Nona community of southeast Orlando in late 2019. KPMG’s chairman and CEO, Lynne Doughtie, said in a prepared statement that the Orlando campus is KPMG’s “largest capital investment ever.”

California-based Gensler Group is handling the design of the KPMG campus in Orlando, which will have more than 800,000 square feet of meeting space and 800-single occupancy rooms, plus such amenities as a coffee and wine bar, hiking and biking paths, and a fitness center, volleyball court and softball field.
