A Miami Beach spec house with a 200-foot long bridge overlooking a man-made lagoon is hitting the market for $29.75 million.

Barry Brodsky, the developer who built the home next door with its own waterslide that connects from the rooftop deck to the waterfront pool, recently completed the contemporary, 12,000-square-foot mansion at 4567 Pine Tree Drive. The nearly 1-acre property fronts Indian Creek and features a heated saltwater pool, a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and a dock that fits a 90-foot yacht, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of One Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents. Curkoski said Brodsky planned to list it for a higher price but changed his mind due to the market slowdown.

The property also features a 3,000-square-foot flex space at the entrance, which could be used as a gym or an art gallery, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Records show BAW Realty LLC paid $11.5 million for both lots that Brodsky developed, at 4555 and 4567 Pine Tree Drive. The entity is controlled by Wayne Chaplin, CEO of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, and Brodsky, owner of Brodson Construction.

In February, the other home sold for about $22.6 million, a steep discount from its $34 million asking price. [WSJ] – Katherine Kallergis
