Cervera Real Estate recently celebrated its top agents of 2016 with Perla Machaen taking the top spot for the second year in a row.
Cervera inducted 51 agents into its Top Producer Club at an Artefacto-designed penthouse at Grove at Grand Bay, which Terra Group delivered last year. Cervera handled presales for the twin tower development in Coconut Grove.
Managing partner Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, along with principal Javier Cervera and top executives Jesse Ottley, Anuca Valverde and Ana Lopez de Quintana, led the awards ceremony. Along with Machaen, who specializes in the Mexican luxury market, Cervera recognized Karen Elmir of The Elmir Group, who just made the National Association of Realtors’ 2017 list of “30 under 30.”
Last fall, the firm held its No. 2 spot for the second year in a row in The Real Deal’s ranking of new development marketing firms, ranked by the number of preconstruction units that they represent. Fortune International Group was at the top with more than 5,300 preconstruction units, followed by Cervera with more than 3,800 units and Related Realty with nearly 3,000 units.
Following TRD’s ranking, Cervera was hired to sell and market the Aston Martin Residences, and last month lost Missoni Baia to Fortune. – Katherine Kallergis
