The founder and president of a Barcelona-based nutrition company Naturhouse paid $6.8 million for a new condo at Fendi Château Residences in Surfside.

Property records show Tartales LLC, an entity controlled by Naturhouse’s Felix Revuelta, closed on unit 1103 at the luxury Surfside tower at 9349 Collins Avenue. No financing was recorded.

Unit 1103 has 3,429 square feet, which means Revuelta paid $1,983 per square foot for the three-bedroom condo, which also has staff quarters and a 558-square-foot terrace.

Revuelta is reportedly worth more than 500 million euros, according to a September profile in the Spanish publication Fuera de Serie. That equates to about $540 million. His nutrition company recently expanded into the South Florida market with stores in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. Naturhouse, which is publicly traded on the Spanish stock market Bolsa de Madrid, has 2,046 locations in 29 countries and recently launched a line of luxury hotels.

The Spanish millionaire’s neighbors at Fendi Château include Brazilian software firm executives Laércio José De Lucena Cosentino and Marcelo Eduardo Sant’anna Cosentino; and Neville Proa, the owner of a major Brazilian drink manufacturer.

The Château Group, which launched sales for the 12-story, 58-unit building in mid-2014, completed the project in September. It was 88 percent presold as of May. The beachfront development was designed by Arquitectonica and includes pools, a Jacuzzi, 12 private cabanas, a restaurant and bar, a fitness center and spa, kids’ club, private theater, a private dining room, wine cellar and Shabbat elevators.
