Palm Beach philanthropists Doris and Neil Gillman sold their waterfront Gulf Stream estate for $18.5 million.

Records show the Gillmans sold the 1.3-acre property at 3333 North Ocean Boulevard in Gulf Stream, a small town north of Delray Beach in Palm Beach County. The buyer is Sea Turtle Haven LLC, a Delaware company. No financing was recorded as part of the deal.

The Gillmans are active on the charity scene in Palm Beach and have been photographed at charity functions.

Property records show the 9,650-square-foot house was completed in 2014 and includes marble floors, balconies, a pool and outdoor fireplace. The Gillmans paid $5.75 million for the property in 2012, demolished the previous house in 2013, then built the home. Luxury homebuilder Mark Timothy developed the house.

A listing with the Corcoran Group’s Nicholas Malinosky and Randy Ely shows the four-bedroom mansion was listed for just under $20 million. It features interiors by Marc Michaels Interior Design, a gourmet kitchen, a seaside loggia, a master wing, a three-car garage and a circular driveway. The property also has 125 feet of ocean frontage.

In May of last year, another beachfront spec mansion sold for nearly $16 million. Seaside Builders sold the house at 1275 North Ocean Boulevard for nearly $1,781 per square foot to a Virginia-based company.
