President Donald Trump has been replaced by his son Eric as president of Trump International Hotels Management, records filed Monday with the Florida Secretary of State show.

Entities that include Trump International Hotels Management LLC, DJT Holdings, Mar-a-Lago Club LLC, and Trump International Golf Club LLC are all now led by Eric or Don Trump Jr. via records that were all uploaded this afternoon, NPR first reported.

The president still appears to be CEO of New York City-based TIHM Member Corp., which manages the hotel management company, according to the Miami Herald.

Earlier Monday, ProPublica reported that Trump had not yet put transferred “complete and total control” of his businesses to his two sons and another longtime employee, contrary to what the Trump Organization was saying. The news outlet looked at more than a dozen of Trump’s biggest companies, including those filed in Florida. Records in New York and Delaware also remained unchanged.

The president’s team is also not allowing reporters to view the documents.
