Céline Dion has again reduced the price for her Jupiter Island estate, down from the original $72.5 million ask in 2013 to now $38.5 million.

Dion first lowered the price last year to $45.5 million after her husband René Angélil died. The property, at 215 South Beach Road in Martin County, is now listed with Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty, her colleagues Todd Peter and Frances Peter, and Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec as the referring broker, the Wall Street Journal reported.

They replace Fenton Lang & Bruner, which had the listing last year.

Dion wants to sell because she lives primarily in Las Vegas, where her Caesars Palace show contract is in place until 2019, and the home is “not being used,” according to the newspaper.

The 5.7-acre waterfront property features a nearly 10,000-square-foot home with five bedrooms, five bedrooms, an elevator and media room. The French-Canadian singer and songwriter and her late husband built the mansion in 2010. Also on the property is an eight-bedroom guest house, a water park, pool house, beach house and a tennis pavilion with a simulated golf range.

The Journal reported that Dion spent “much more than the current asking price” on developing the property, which also features 486 feet of ocean frontage. [WSJ]– Katherine Kallergis
