Former One Sotheby’s International Realty agents Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic have joined Douglas Elliman and are working out of the Eighty Seven Park sales center.

Goldentayer and Stantic’s DS Team started at Elliman about two weeks ago, Eloy Carmenate told The Real Deal. Carmenate, who’s leading sales for the luxury development in North Beach, said the project is 43 percent presold, an increase from the 30 percent in reservations at the end of April.

“Considering we came out in January and the setbacks we’ve had this year, it’s been pretty good,” Carmenate said. Buyers hail from around the world, including Italy, Monaco and South America.

The DS Team has brokered more than $500 million in sales, and was more recently leading sales for Three Hundred Collins, a Jason Halpern project in Miami Beach. Harvey Daniels, One Sotheby’s vice president of development sales, and Joseph Schafer, who has been working on the Halpern project, are now leading the sales team at Three Hundred Collins, a spokesperson told TRD.

In a statement to TRD, One Sotheby’s President Daniel de la Vega said he wished them well and that the door to return to the brokerage is always open.

Goldentayer and Stantic are now working out of Eighty Seven Park’s multimillion-dollar sales gallery, which opened in April. The South Florida Business Journal first reported their move to Douglas Elliman.

David Martin’s Terra Group is developing the 70-unit, 20-story beachfront tower with Bizzi & Partners and New Valley, an investment firm owned by Douglas Elliman’s parent company Vector Group. Renzo Piano is designing the building.

Units will range in size from 1,400 square feet to 7,000 square feet, and prices from the high $1 million to $45 million for the penthouse.

Carmenate said the sheet piles are already in at the development site, at 8701 Collins Avenue, and that construction will “get rocking and rolling” this month. The team is aiming for a fall 2018 delivery date.
