New renderings of Muse Residences give a sneak peek of the project’s interiors, designed by Hallandale Beach-based Troy Dean Interiors.
Property Markets Group and S2 Development released renderings of a two-bedroom, 2,360-square-foot unit at the Sunny Isles Beach project, which is under construction.
The 68-unit building is 75 percent sold, with the majority of buyers coming from Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela and the United States, according to a spokesperson. ISG World is handling sales. Remaining units are priced from $4.8 million to $17.5 million for the lower full-story penthouse, which hit the market in March.
Muse is expected to top off by the end of the year and be delivered in 2018, the spokesperson said. Construction crews are currently pouring the 28th floor of the 50-story tower. Check out an earlier video of construction here.
Muse, at 17141 Collins Avenue, is just north of Jade Ocean and Jade Beach. The joint venture partners closed on a $134 million construction loan for Muse in August from Canyon Partners Real Estate, a Los Angeles-based investment management firm and adviser.
Amenities will include a robotic parking system, infinity-edge pool and spa, poolside food and beverage services, and a fitness center.
