If having neighbors isn’t really your thing, you might want to take a look at this newly listed home on Miami Beach.

A Georgian-style estate on La Gorce Island with nearly 2 acres of waterfront land just hit the market with an asking price of $39 million.

As first reported by Curbed Miami, the home at 100 La Gorce Circle is now Miami Beach’s fourth-priciest residence currently up for sale — justified in the listing description as being “suitable only for a connoisseur.”

With seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three half-baths and nearly 13,000 square feet of interior space, its asking price breaks down to $3,000 per square foot.

Its listing with Pier Paolo Visconti of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty describes the home as a Georgian Colonial brick estate that underwent a four-year renovation with more than $5 million worth of upgrades. The estate was first built in 1952 and occupies 1.8 acres of land on the island’s southeastern corner, boasting roughly 500 feet of water frontage.

All that land has to be used for something — the home currently has a separate guest house, Olympic-sized pool and a full-size clay tennis court.

The home is owned by a limited liability company called Rapa Holdings, which paid $11 million for the property in 2011, according to county records. The upgrades, including a brand new kitchen, were made under the current owner.

100 La Gorce’s true owners have shielded themselves well: all county documents are signed by employees of Clear Title Services in Bay Harbor Islands, and the company is managed by another entity called Yeosu Investments Limited.
